Who are we?

Curl Up And Dye Hair Studio was started in 2019, with the aim of undertaking and promoting sustainable and practical haircare services. We strongly believe in the phrase “messy hair don’t care” and at the same time advocate for the right ways to manage the so-called mess. Hair care is not a destination, it’s a journey, with multiple twists and turns, pardon the pun, involving trial and error with products, techniques, and cuts. We help make that journey a little smoother and help you fall in love with your hair every step of the way.

Our Vision

With our hair being such a big part of our self-image and perception, we make emotions and feelings a top priority. At Curl Up And Dye, we aim to strike a balance between 3 aspects: how you feel (emotion), what you want (mental), and what can practically work for you (physical).

Our Policy

If energies and vibes mean anything to you, we’re going to get along just fine! A lot of our clients come to us with traumatic past experiences at other salons. We do our best to change that, and at the same time don’t shy away from admitting if we cannot give them what they are looking for.

Our top priority has always been and, will always be, our clients’ hair health while remaining as Eco-conscious as the hair industry permits. We believe in recycling and reusing and try our best to limit wastage. Within the bracket of Eco-consciousness, shampoo bars and conditioner bars are a regular feature, not only on the shelves, but also in our day-to-day work usage.

Waste segregation is a must at the studio, and while we’re on the topic, we use products down to the very last drop! Recycling of our waste and proper disposal is something we take very seriously and practice strictly at the studio. We have our regular runs to the waste disposal center and ensure that everyone at the studio actively participates in our strive towards remaining eco-conscious.

They say a plant grows and flourishes only if its nurturer has green hands. Imagine the same with your hairstylist. The vibes and energies they feel matter, and can transmit to you. Do you have a pet? Bring them along. Our in-house good girl would only be too happy to have a friend to play with! If you’re uncomfortable to be around dogs, do let us know so we can ensure a comfortable experience for you at the studio. But don’t worry, Ivy’s a sweetheart and wouldn’t even hurt a fly!
